GV II

Row of 3 cottages. Probably C17, remodelled C18 with early C19 addition
and alterations. Brown brick to earlier timber frame; plain tile roof;
brick integral end stacks. Roughly L-shaped, main range aligned north-
west/south-east facing south-west and rear wing to the north-west
aligned north-east/south-west facing north-west. 2 storeys with
dentilled eaves; roughly 3 bays, straight joint between right hand bay
and central bay, the former being a C19 addition, casements with cast
iron latticed frames, those to ground floor have segmental heads,
additional small casements to first floor right of centre and blocked
window to first floor left of centre; 2 segmental-headed doors to left
of centre, blocked segmental headed door to right of centre. Interior:
Stopped and chamfered ceiling beams; timber framing visible on rear wall.
