Circa 1820. Blue brick with stone and yellow brick dressings; 2 storeys; 4 sash
windows in moulded stone architraves with keyblocks and segmental heads; brick
'quoins' at sides. Ground storey has an open arcade at front of 4 segmental stone
arches with keyblocks, cast-iron railings and gate at centre with iron posts and
doorway to rear with fanlight and studded batten door. Eaves with brick corbel
brackets; hipped slate roof. Former court room wing at rear.
