House. Probably C18, remodelled C19. Ashlar with Welsh slate roof. 2 stone
stacks to left and ridge. 2-unit plan. 2 storeys; 3-window range. Wide central
doorway has eliptical keystoned head. Eliptical overlight. Panelled door. 2 sash
windows flank doorway. 3 sash windows to first floor. All windows have keystoned
stone surround. Flat band between ground and first floor. Moulded stone eaves
cornice. Stone coping. Stoneleigh House occpies a prominent corner site.
