Cottage. Probably early C18. Regular coursed ironstone rubble. Thatched roof.
Brick end stack to left. 2-unit plan. Single storey plus attic. Central C20 door
flanked by C20 casements. Two C20 casements to attic. C20 lintels. Ironstone
quoins. Quoin to right inscribed Thomas Hawtin Bloxham. Single storey rear
outshut. Woodbine Cottage has an important low level position reflecting the
earlier course of the main road through Bloxham pre 1815 along Old Bridge Road.
Interior not inspected. Included for group value.
