Dated 1714. A simple cottage with later and modern alterations. Brown brick; one
storey and attic; 2 pairs of modern French windows; altered doorway with ledged door;
2 restored gabled dormers; modern leaded lights throughout; tiles. Stone tablet at
first floor with initials IBM and above date. Two-storeyed bay on left-hand side
and small bay with tiled pentice roof on right-hand side.
