Here Resteth, in the Hope of a Blessed Resvrrection, the bodie of William Sandys Esqvire of Conishead Priory in the Covnty Palatine of Lancaster, who departed this lyfe in the yeare of ovr Lord M.D.L.X.X.X.V.III and the yeare of the Reign of ovr sovereign Ladie Qveene Elizabeth.
