Cafe and flat. Probably early C19, altered. Painted textured
render with slate roof. 3 storeys and 2 bays. The ground floor
is occupied by a shop front with timber pilasters, fascia, and
cornice. The upper storeys have windows with plain reveals and
projecting sills. Those on the 1st floor are sashed without
glazing bars, and those on the 2nd floor are glazing bar
sashes. The moulded cornice contains a lead-lined gutter.
