House. c1840. Coursed squared gritstone, slate roof. 2
storeys, 3 bays. Central 4-panel door, plain fanlight, wooden
corniced surround. Plate-glass sashes throughout, plain stone
sills and lintels. Boxed eaves, corniced end stacks, raised.
INTERIOR: not inspected.
One of the larger houses built as a result of the auction of
land on Headingley Moor held to defray the cost of enclosure,
1831.
