Terrace and roadside wall with 2 sets of gate piers. Mid C19.
Ashlar, low-pitched slate roof with hipped ends. 2 storeys and
attic, 15 first-floor windows. 4-panel doors, the top 2 panels
glazed, in moulded surrounds with segmental-arched overlights,
deep shaped brackets supporting cornice. Round-arched windows,
paired to ground floor, 1 single light and 1 pair to 1st floor
of each house. Band at 1st-floor level, moulded stone cornice.
Tall corniced 6-flue stacks to ridge between houses.
INTERIOR: not inspected.
SUBSIDIARY FEATURES: boundary wall attached to the SW corner,
approx 1.5m high curved to run along road line for approx 25m.
Roll-moulded coping, pierced by 2 sets of pedestrian gateways
with square piers, modillion cornice and pyramidal capstones.
