Warehouse/workshop, now offices. c1800, converted c1980. Red
brick, English and random bond, stone slate roof, brick stack
left. First-floor central round-arched loading door reduced to
window, flanked by 2 segmental-arched windows; C20 flush
sashes with glazing bars and stone sills throughout. Ground
floor: central panelled door in wide round-arched opening
flanked by one window left and 2 to right, frames as first
floor. Tie-bar plates at 1st- and 2nd-floor levels.
INTERIOR: not inspected.
