House, now offices. c1790, altered C19. Probably by William
Hargrave. Red brick, slate roof, wrought-iron railings.
2 storeys and basement, 5 first-floor windows. Central
panelled door with plate-glass fanlight in surround with
pilasters, entablature and pediment. Plate-glass sashes, stone
sills and wedge lintels. Dentilled eaves cornice, end stacks.
INTERIOR: not inspected.
