Row of 4 houses, now offices. c1806-15 with C20 alterations
and restoration c1990. Probably by William Hargrave. Red
brick, slate roof. 2 storeys and basement, 14 first-floor
windows. Steps up to entrances with moulded surrounds,
entablature and cornice. Sashes with glazing bars and plate
glass, stone sills, wedge lintels; No.3 has 3-light C20
ground-floor window.
INTERIOR: not inspected.
One of the last parts of Park Square to be built up.
