House, now offices, with basement railings. c1793-1806, c1990
restoration. Probably by William Hargrave. 2 storeys and
basement, 5 first-floor windows. Central panelled door with
fanlight in surround with fluted pilasters, entablature and
pediment. Restored sashes with glazing bars, stone sills,
wedge lintels. Dentilled eaves cornice, end stacks.
INTERIOR: not inspected.
Part of the Park Square development of houses for merchants
and professional people leaving the congested medieval town
centre.
