House, now offices, with area railings. c1790. By William
Lawrance. Red brick, Flemish bond, slate roof, wrought-iron
railings. 2 storeys and attic. 3 first-floor windows. Entrance
left with fielded-panel door, fanlight, in architrave with
dentilled cornice. Sashes with glazing bars, stone sills and
wedge lintels.
INTERIOR: not inspected.
Railings: pointed bud finials to bars.
