Warehouse, now offices and showrooms. Late C19. Red brick,
stone dressings, slate hipped roof. 3 storeys, corner site
with 9 windows to St Paul's Street and 3 to Park Square East.
Panelled doors with overlights to left and right, wider
opening, now window far right. Continuous moulded segmental
brick and stone arches with drip mould over doors and windows,
moulded panels below windows. 1st floor: Gothic cusped arches
with carved foliage in tympana, carved capitals to brick
pilasters; 2nd-floor moulded segmental brick/stone arches with
continuous moulded sill. Deep eaves with large paired
brackets. Left return similar.
