Pair of suburban houses. c1820. English garden wall bond brown
brick with hipped roof of graded grey slate. 2 storeys of 4
windows per house. The 2 ground floor 3-light casements and
5-light French window to each house are replaced in metal;
each house has a lattice porch, that to No.21 ornamented in
wrought-iron; 4 casements of three 2-pane lights to first
floor of each house.
INTERIORS not inspected
This item forms a group with Nos 15 and 17, 23 and 25 Eaton
Road (qv).
