Small house. c1850. Brick with grey slate roof hipped to
street corner.
2 storeys. The front to Pyecroft Street has a replaced door in
the original doorcase with plain overlight and flat hood; one
16-pane recessed sash to each side of the door; the upper
storey has 3 similar sashes, the central one of narrower
proportion. There is one 16-pane recessed sash to each storey
facing Overleigh Road, left, and a replaced window to the
upper storey at end of the rear wing, right, in the original
opening. The fronts to both streets are of yellow-brown brick
in Flemish bond. Brick chimneys.
