Small house. c1850. Brown brick, in Flemish bond with paler
headers to the front; grey slate roof. Late Georgian in
character.
2 storeys. Plain painted plinth, probably of sandstone;
replaced door under a plain overlight in a wooden doorcase
with a flat hood of Classical derivation, to the right. The
sashes are recessed with painted stone sills and wedge
lintels; one of 16 panes and one of 12 panes left of the door
and three of 12 panes to the upper storey. Brick chimneys.
INTERIOR not inspected.
