Town house, now doctors' surgeries. c1800, altered. Flemish
bond brown brick; grey slate roof, ridge parallel with front.
3 storeys, 3 windows, symmetrical. Door of 6 fielded panels in
pediment case with panelled pilasters. Sillband to each
storey; the ground floor has paired sashes, glazing bars
removed, to each side of door. The first floor has a
double-square sash, bars removed, above doorway and a broader
sash now of 4 panes to each side. The second floor has three
4-pane sashes. Stone sills and wedge lintels; cornice;
chimneys removed.
INTERIOR altered and fittings removed.
Forms a group with other buildings in Upper Northgate Street.
