Railings and gates to complex of almshouses. c1830-40, with
those towards south partly of 1927 and partly replaced after
World War II. Decorative iron work with spearhead finials,
central gate with overthrow between ashlar gate piers
surmounted by lanterns. Similar gate piers to southern
entrance. Original wrought-iron gate piers to north (decaying
at time of survey).
