Villa. Early C19. Stock brick with stucco dressings and hipped
slate roof.
2 storeys and basement with 3-window range. 6x6 sashes to 1st
floor under flat arches; flat-arched windows with 8x8 sashes
flanking centre entrance are set in architrave. Entrance
reached up steps set under recessed porch framed by a Tuscan
aedicule. Broad eaves.
Rear, original fenestration to ground and 1st floor: three 6x6
sashes to 1st floor and mezzanine, and two 6x6 sashes to the
ground floor. All glazing noted above to an authentic pattern.
Stacks to returns partly rebuilt.
INTERIOR: many interior features of authentic design.
