Farmhouse. Late C18. Mainly red brick and partly cement render. Plain tile roof with barge boards. Outshut with pantiles. Two storeys at front lower two storeys to rear with hayloft. Three window range: C19 sashes in flush frames and glazing bars. Gauged flat brick arches. Casements at rear with segmental brick arches. Entrance portico in-antis with plain timber pilasters, frieze and pediment; raised and fielded panels to sides of portico and door with upper rectangular glazed panel. South gable with hayloft plank door at high level and stable door below. Brick stacks to gables at ridge. Modillion eaves.
