Pair of houses in terrace. Early-mid C19. Stock brick with
banded stucco ground floor; coped brick parapets.
3 storeys and basement, 2 bays each. Steps up to doors in
outer bays with plain timber surrounds and patterned oblong
fanlights. Flat, gauged-brick arches to sash windows with
glazing bars. Stucco 1st-floor sill band.
INTERIOR: not inspected.
SUBSIDIARY FEATURES: cast-iron handrails and area railings
with urn finials at intervals.
Forms a group with Nos 15, 17, 21-29 & 35-45 (odd) (qqv).
