Well house and pump. 1820 with late C19 pump. Pentewan stone rubble walls with dressed stone jambs; irregular-plan lean-to roof with large slabs of thick slate. Rectangular plan built against a quarried face and over a spring. Cast-iron pump in front of left-hand jamb; turned pump shaft, wider diameter to the top housing and surmounted by a domed finial; spout at the front and shaped handle on the right. Included for group value.
