roof, brick chimney. Single-depth 3-unit plan, the first set
back and with a parallel addition to its rear.
EXTERIOR: single storey; 3-window range. C20 3-light
casements. Ridge chimney at junction of first and second
units. Gabled porch at rear.
INTERIOR: not inspected.
Forms part of group of similar cottages on this road, all
variously altered but representative of the pre-industrial
character of this area.
