Terraced houses. Early C19, considerably altered. Stucco,
roofs of Nos 6, 9 & 10 of slate, No.11 of tiles, the others
obscured by parapets.
Nos 6 & 9 are four storeys over basement, with attics, Nos 7,
8, 10 & 11 are five storeys over basement; Nos 6-10 are of 2
window range, several of the non-bay windows being blank;
No.11 is of one window range in Pavilion Parade, 4-window
range in Pavilion Street. Nos 6, 7, 8 & 9 have round-arched
entrances flanked by engaged Doric columns carrying open
segmental pediments with dentil detailing, and panelled
reveals to Nos 6 & 7; No.10 has a flat-arched entrance flanked
by engaged Doric columns supporting a rudimentary cornice. Nos
6, 8 & 9 have canted bays, Nos 7, 10 & 11 segmental. Cornices
remain to Nos 6, the bay only of No.7, part of Nos 8 & 9, and
No.10. The principal front of No.11 is in Pavilion Street with
rustication to the ground floor, flat-arched entrance with
replacement doorcase, and full-height segmental bay to the
right of the entrance.
