Terraced house. Late C18, refronted c1822-30 by Amon Wilds and
Charles Augustus Busby. Stucco decorated with chamfered
rustication, roof of slate. 4 storeys and attic over basement,
3-window range. Steps up to round-arched entrance framed by a
doorcase of engaged Doric columns carrying an open pediment;
fanlight and panelled door of original design. All windows
flat-arched with keystones and voussoirs modelled in stucco.
Bracketed verandah to first floor with cast-iron balustrade
and tented roof. Cornice and parapet; dormers to mansard roof;
stacks to party walls. INTERIOR: not inspected.
