Villa. Early C19 with later alterations. Brick with painted
stucco front facade and concealed roof.
2 storeys, 3 first-floor windows. Central hallway plan.
Plinth, horizontal rustication to ground floor. First-floor
band surmounted by Tuscan pilasters to ends and between
windows, architrave, frieze, cornice, blocking course. First
floor: 1/1 sashes in plain reveals with tooled architraves and
moulded sills. Ground floor has central entrance: 3 roll-edged
steps to 4-panel door with sidelights and fanlight in distyle
porch with engaged pilasters, frieze, cornice, low parapet.
Tripartite windows with 1/1 sashes in plain reveals and with
moulded sills. All windows have blind boxes. Tall end stacks
with cornices.
