House. c1830-40 with later additions and alterations.
Reddish-brown brick with painted stucco front facade and
cement-tile roof.
2 storeys, 3 first-floor windows. First floor: continuous
moulded sill band, central blind opening between 6/6 sashes.
Ground floor: central entrance a part-glazed, 4-panel door
with surround of Tuscan pilasters, frieze, architrave and
cornice, between 6/6 sashes. All windows in plain reveals and
with sills and tooled architraves. End stacks with cornices.
