House. c1840-50. Reddish-brown brick with painted stucco
facades and Welsh slate, fish-scale roof.
2 storeys, 2 first-floor windows, each window bay projects and
is gabled, that to right is wider. First floor has two 6/6
sashes, chamfered surrounds and hollow-chamfered hoodmoulds.
Ground floor has central entrance a multi-paned door in
projecting gabled porch with double hollow-chamfered surround
and 4-centred arch. 6/6 sashes with margin-lights in chamfered
surrounds and with hollow-chamfered hoodmoulds. Tall end
stacks with cornices.
INTERIOR: not inspected.
Forms part of a good group of buildings.
