House, now shop with flat over. c1826, with later additions and alterations. Pinkish-brown brick with painted stucco to front facade and Welsh slate roof.
3 storeys, 2 first-floor windows. First floor has two 6/6 sashes. Second floor has two 3/6 sashes. All windows in plain reveals and with sills. Cornice. Ground floor, plinth. Entrance to left: 3 roll-edged steps to recessed, part-glazed door with overlight and plain reveals. Off-centre entrance to shop a part-glazed door within glazed shop front with fluted pilasters to sides.
INTERIOR: Raised rear area, bordered by fluted Ionic columns supporting frieze; a wall has been inserted blocking the space between the columns and the frieze has been boxed in or replaced by a plain beam.
