Terraced house. c1825. Stucco, roof obscured by parapet. 2
storeys over basement, one-window range. Steps up to
flat-arched entrance framed by pilasters and architrave with
overlight; 2-storey segmental bay with tripartite windows
having sashes of original design and cornice; panelled
parapet. INTERIOR: not inspected. Cast-iron railings to steps
and area.
