Terraced house. Early C19. Stucco, roof obscured by parapet.
2 storeys over basements, 3-window range, double-fronted. All
windows flat-arched. Steps up to flat-arched entrance now
framed by a deep, round-arched architrave over which the
banded rustication of the ground floor runs. 2-storey
segmental bays to either side with tripartite windows, the
first-floor windows having sashes of original design. 6 x 6 in
the centre, 2 x 2 in the sidelights, and 6 x 6 in the centre
window; moulded storey band; cornice, parapet, side-stacks.
The northern return in Montpelier Terrace is of 3-window range
but all the windows are blank apart from the 2 westernmost on
the ground floor.
INTERIOR: not inspected. Cast-iron railings to steps and area
with spearhead finials.
