Terraced house. c1825. Stucco, roof obscured by parapet. 3
storeys over basement, one-window range. Steps up to
flat-arched entrance framed by pilasters and architrave with
overlight and panelled door of original design; 2-storey
segmental bay with tripartite window having sashes of original
design to first floor, cornice and semi-dome; sill band to
second-floor window with architrave; cornice and blocking
course. INTERIOR: not inspected. Cast-iron railings to steps
and area.
