Terraced house. c1825. Stucco, roof obscured by parapet.
5 storeys over basement, 3-window range. Ground floor projects
slightly and is decorated with banded rustication. Flat-arched
entrance with overlight, pilasters and wreathed entablature;
the upper floors form a full-width segmental bay; all windows
flat-arched, those to first and second floor with architraves,
and disc mouldings over first-floor windows; entablature over
third-floor windows, the frieze enriched with shell mouldings,
dentil cornice; secondary cornice and parapet.
