Terraced houses. Early C19, refronted in late C19 or C20.
Stucco cement. Roofs of slate, turnerised. 3 storeys and
dormers over basement. 3 windows each, eleven window-range to
left return. All windows flat arched. Balconies with cast-iron
railings to first floors. Cornice with blocking course. 2
flat-arched entries on the return. Flat-arched dormers
inserted when houses converted into block of flats.
INTERIOR: not inspected. Railings to stairs and area. Included
for group value; forms a group with Nos 41-45 (consec) and
No.48 Marine Parade (qv).
