House. Early C18. Coursed limestone rubble; steeply pitched
thatched roof with brick end stack with C20 cap. 2-unit plan.
EXTERIOR: single-storey plus attic; 2-window range. Entrance
to left of centre has timber lintel over renewed plank door in
gabled porch with front light and return opening. 2 windows to
right of entrance with timber lintels over 2-light casement
and single-light window, both with leaded glazing; first floor
has similar windows with wrought-iron casement fasteners.
Left return has window to ground floor with 2-light casement
with iron opening casement and single-light window above. Rear
has C20 single-storey stone wing with gabled tile roof and
patio door to end; raking roof dormer, probably C20.
INTERIOR: not inspected.
Part of a row of 4 houses with Nos 28, 29 and 30 (qqv).
