GV II

House. C18 with later alterations and C19 addition. Brick laid
to Flemish bond with vitrified headers and some exposed
timber-frame; steeply pitched renewed tile roof with brick end
stack. 2-unit plan with later addition to left end.
EXTERIOR: single-storey plus attic; 2-window range.
Modillioned brick cornices. Segmental-headed entrance has C20
porch. Segmental-headed windows have C20 uPVC casements; C20
flat-roofed dormer has similar casement. Taller addition to
left has stack adjoining end stack of earlier range; blind
front wall with blocked segmental-headed entrance.
Right return has exposed roof truss. Left return has basement
entrance due to slope of ground; segmental-headed windows,
that to ground floor has later insert. Rear has plastered wall
and brick lean-to outshut to earlier part; later part has
inserted C20 window.
INTERIOR: not inspected.
