GV II

House. Early C19. Brick laid to Flemish bond with painted
ground and first floors; gabled Welsh slate roofs with
stone-coped gables and brick end stack.
EXTERIOR: 3 storeys; single-window range with single-storey
lean-to range to left return. Round-headed entrance to right
has doorcase with fluted pilasters and open pediment, fanlight
with decorative glazing bars over 6-fielded-panel door. Bay
window to left has frieze and cornice over C20 glazing. First
and second floors each have window with stone sill, and stucco
wedge lintel with fluted key block over 10/10 sash to first
floor, 10/5 sash to second floor.
Lean-to range to left has window with brick flat arch over 3/6
sash; external stack to adjacent gable. Rear gabled wing has
modillioned brick cornice, lateral stack and coped gable.
