House. c1800, probably with earlier origins. Painted brick
with stucco dressings; slate roof with brick stack to rear.
2-unit plan.
EXTERIOR: 2 storeys; 2-window range. Entrance to left of
centre has panelled pilasters, frieze and bracketed canopy to
6-fielded-panel door (2 panels glazed). Canted bay window to
left has 1:2:1-light small-paned glazing; canted bay window to
right has cornice over 4/4:8/8:4/4 tripartite sash with return
4/4 sashes. First floor has windows with stucco wedge lintels
over 10/10 sashes in wide frames.
INTERIOR: noted as having some exposed timber-framing to both
floors.
