House. Late C18. Painted brick; gabled old tile roof with
brick end stacks to front of ridge and rear of ridge. 2-unit
plan.
EXTERIOR: 2-storeys; symmetrical 3-window range. Top cogged
brick cornice. Entrance in narrow porch with timber posts
flanking C20 battened door, and flanking canted bay window
with restored small-paned glazing, all under hipped pentice.
First-floor windows have stucco wedge lintels over 3-light
small-paned casements with iron opening casements flanking
2-light small-paned casement.
INTERIOR: not inspected.
