House. Late C18. Painted brick with stucco dressings; gabled
slate roof with brick stacks to rear. 2-unit plan.
EXTERIOR: 2 storeys; 2-window range. Central entrance has
narrow porch with timber posts flanking C20 battened door,
with flanking canted bay windows with chamfered frames to
small-paned glazing, hipped pentice over all. Segmental-headed
passageway entrance to right end has plank door. First floor
has windows with stucco wedge lintels over 3-light small-paned
casements with late C20 shutters.
INTERIOR: not inspected.
