GV II

House. Mid C18 with later alterations. Reddish-brown brick
mainly in stretcher bond, with timber-framing to rear outshut
and gabled plain-tile roof.
EXTERIOR: 2-storey; 2-window range. Outshut to rear. Central
plank door with moulded wood frame and hood between C20
2-light casements under elliptical arches. Upper floor has C20
windows which interrupt cogged eaves band. Left external stack
and right end stack with cornices. Outshut to rear shows
evidence of timber-framing, under catslide roof.
INTERIOR: not inspected.
Forms an a group with outhouse (qv) and pump (qv).
