House. C17, refronted C19. Small timber-framing to returns and
to rear with brick nogging, brick front facade in stretcher
bond. Plain-tile roof.
EXTERIOR: single-storey with attic; 2-window range. Outshut to
rear left under catslide roof, further extension to rear at
right. Central plank door in moulded wood surround under
elliptical arch. 2 tripartite metal casements with metal
latches under elliptical arches. 2 gabled dormers have wood
casements. End and rear stacks with cornices.
INTERIOR: evidence of extensive timber-framing. Plank doors.
To right an inglenook fireplace with plank cupboard to side
with incised decoration to frame. Winder staircase. Chamfered
beams. To left room a further inglenook fireplace with
bressumer beam. First floor has exposed purlins.
