House. C17 with C20 alterations and additions. Timber-frame
with brick and plastered infill and some coursed rubble to
ends; steeply pitched tile roof with brick end stacks to front
and rear of ridge. 2-unit plan with single-storey flat-roofed
outshut to each end.
EXTERIOR: single storey with attic. Window in former entrance
and window with casement; later addition with porch to right
end; attic has casement in raking dormer dropping from ridge.
Right return has attic window with 2-light small-paned
casement over C20 addition. Rear has good square framing and
window with 2-light small-paned casement, single light to
right.
INTERIOR: former exterior entrance to gable wall, now opens
into C20 addition; stone fireplace with bressumer adjacent to
entrance; chamfered beams.
