GV II

House. C17, with C20 alterations and addition. Timber-frame
with plastered infill, including some wattle-and-daub infill,
on rubble plinth; steeply pitched hipped thatched roof with
brick end stack. 3-unit plan plus large C20 cross-wing with
tile roof to right end; outshut to left end raised to 2
storeys in late C20.
EXTERIOR: single-storey plus attic; 3-window range. 2 paired
windows with 2-light C20 casements and window with 3-light C20
casement to left end; 2 eyebrow dormers with 2-light casements
with iron opening casements. Entrance under thatched pentice
and garage door to cross-wing.
Left return has late C20 timber-framed gable.
Rear has glazed door and C20 casement; 2 large raking dormers.
INTERIOR: not inspected.
