brick infill on plastered plinth; renewed tile mansard roof
with brick end stack. 2-unit plan plus timber-framed outshut
to right end.
EXTERIOR: single storey with attic; 2-window range.
Storey-height principal studs and tension brace. 2 small
windows with small-paned casements.
Left return has C20 open-fronted lean-to porch extended to
incorporate entrance in C20 addition to rear; 2 windows to
ground floor and one first-floor window have metal-framed
casements.
Right return has external stack and first-floor window with
3-light metal casement over lean-to.
INTERIOR: not inspected; roof reported as being a 1930s
rebuild.
