LUDDINGTON

House. c1750 with late C20 addition. Painted brick with some
rubble to end; half-hipped thatched roof with brick end stack
and stack to front of ridge; addition has tile roof. 2-unit
plan with addition to right.
EXTERIOR: single-storey with attic; 2-window range. Entrance
(unused) to left of centre has hipped thatch canopy over C20
split door. Segmental-headed windows to ground floor have
3-light small-paned casements with iron opening casements;
eyebrow dormers to attic have similar 2-light casements.
Left return has external stack with tiled off-sets and renewed
brick shaft, and rubble outshut under hipped thatch roof,
lean-to addition to left.
Single-storey addition to right has half-hipped projection
with entrance to left.
