2 houses. C17 with later alterations. Timber-frame with
plaster infill on rubble plinth; half-hipped thatch roof with
brick stack to front of ridge, one to rear of ridge and end
stack. 3-unit plan plus end outshut to right.
EXTERIOR: single-storey plus attic; 5-window range. 3
entrances (2 to centre and one to left end) have heavy frames
and plank doors, but that to left of centre has 2-panel door.
Ground-floor windows have 2-light and 3-light leaded casements
with iron opening casements to left, and 3-light and 2-light
small-paned casements to right, outshut has small square
2-light casement; wrought-iron casement fasteners. Attic has 2
gabled dormers with 2-light casements with some leaded
glazing.
Right return has projecting stack with off-sets.
Rear has bay window under lean-to roof, 3 eyebrow dormers and
single-storey wing with pantile roof.
INTERIOR: not inspected.
