GV II

House. C18 with later alterations and C20 addition. Painted
brick on rubble plinth; renewed tile roof with brick end
stacks. 2-unit plan plus C20 extension to right.
EXTERIOR: 2 storeys; 2-window range. Brick plat band over
ground floor and exposed wall plate. Entrance to right end has
C20 flat-roofed open porch and C20 6-fielded-panel door and
side light. Window to ground floor has rubbed brick flat arch
over 3-light small-paned casement; 2 similar windows to first
floor. Gabled roof.
Left return has external stack with segmental-headed
first-floor window to left with 2-light small-paned casement
with iron opening casement. Right end has exposed principals
with crossed ends to gable over C20 addition with 2-light and
3-light casements; right return has plate-glass sashes.
Rear has C20 windows. Gabled roof.
